In order to go from good to great, we’re now looking for a Head of Account Management to join our team, on site here in Malta.



About the role

Being the Head of Account Management at Quickspin means you will play an important part in our Commercial team where you will be responsible for our awesome Account Managers. Your main task as a manager will be to guide and support the AM’s in their quest to meet their commercial targets and to maximise our business relationships. That includes weekly 1on1’s and team meetings, setting salaries and bonus targets, keeping an updated account plan and represent AM’s in monthly product update meeting as well as recruiting new Account Managers.

To make sure the HoAM keeps track of targets and trends, the role also entails having a few key accounts simultaneously, including maintaining customer relationships & negotiating deals. By having this diverse role and with extensive experience within the iGaming industry, it will be easy to also, among others; support setting product roadmap of market entries, drive licensees to launch games & promotional campaigns, improve positioning of game catalogue, drive revenues across all existing accounts, take in feedback on business intelligence and present to the AM’s.

Qualifications and experience

  • Have +7 years work experience in the iGaming industry
  • Have with strong knowledge of the industry and its trends
  • Have at least +3 years of experience as an Account Manager & manage B2B relationships
  • Have experience being a manager and supporting teams
  • You are a driven, enthusiastic, creative yet organised person
  • You have a strong interest in people, possess natural leadership skills & is daring enough to try new ways forward
  • Advanced MS Office and Excel user 
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
