We’re now expanding and looking for a driven Solutions Manager to join us, on site in our Malta office.


About the role

Quickspin is one of the world’s leading providers of innovative and entertaining video slots. We also happen to be really awesome. As Quickspins Solutions Manager, you will be based in sunny Malta with our awesome commercial team. The role covers an interesting number of areas including coordination of product integration processes, adhoc data analysis and promotional tool management. Integration projects are generally centred around new B2Bs signing on to consume our content via a direct integration or a platform-to-platform integration.

Responsibilities include;

  • Work closely with the sales team to prioritize and facilitate the onboarding of new B2B clients
  • Acquire an overarching understanding of the technical integration process, the parties involved and respective responsibilities
  • Coordination of the company's products integration related activities with all relevant stakeholders - internal departments, platform partners and customers
  • 1st point of contact for clients seeking technical advice re. integrations and our gaming products & features
  • Develop strong working relationships and trust with the customer and all stakeholders involved in the integration projects
  • Monitor ongoing integration tasks daily, identifies issues and mitigate accordingly
  • Managing client expectations and escalations throughout the integration process.
  • Technical consultancy for the commercial team
  • General understanding of our data structure and BI tools and adhoc report generation/assistance as required.

About you and what we offer

We’re looking for a motivated individual who has previous experience in a technical integration co-ordination role. You understand APIs, how they fit in & interact. Knowledge within the area of Data warehousing / BI and SQL is considered an asset. Most of all – you are someone who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty in the pursuit of getting things done.
